Barcelona 2-0 Manchester United
It was the first Man Utd game that I saw in which United lost. But credit goes to Barcelona – very disciplined in the midfield, good on the counter – for they played the way I expected Manchester United to play.
Romance conquers the conquistadors of England. But not for long – better luck lads, for I know the trophy will come back to Manchester!
Snowing in April
It’s snowing in April?! Nature must be pulling an April fool’s joke.
Sleep
I just slept from 6:30PM to 6:30AM, 6 of which were spent on the bed, and 6 of which were spent on the floor. *blink blink*
ESPNsoccernet – Report: Manchester United vs Chelsea – English Premier League
Once the most feared Premier League striker, Didier Drogba hit one shot so wide he conceded a throw-in, another skidded off the side of his foot and missed the target by 20 yards.

That just has to be my favorite quote from the Soccernet report of Man Utd demolishing Chelsea 3-0. “hit one shot so wide he conceded a throw-in”.

Update: on review of the video, I quite like how Vidic’s words to Berba helped create their third goal. With a free kick, Man Utd’s Cristiano Ronaldo serves up a free kick. Now typically, two defenders will mark two opposing players to prevent them from getting the ball, but in this case, Vidic probably told Berba, “Get in front, I’ll hold them back.” And hold them back he did. Vidic outmuscled two defenders as Berba ran in to slot the ball home. Now that’s great gameplay.
Made in China
So I’m stiting in the LSC, waiting for classes to start. This guy walks by with a few other people, and he swings his umbrella. Why he swings his umbrella, I don’t know. But as he swings, the umbrella flies off. His buddy, an Indian guy, bursts out – “Made in China! There you go!”
hahahahaha…… I guess perception of Chinese products has to start changing……
